2. What this site does with personal data

We keep the processing small on purpose.

• Contact form. Sending the form gives us your name, email address, organisation if you gave one, whether you are an individual or an organisation, the division, what you need, and the message. Delivery is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails info@prodvera.com. Their notice is at formsubmit.co/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if the message is a step toward a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — answering people who write to us. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation, any contract, and statutory retention require, then delete it. The form is not stored in your browser.
• Cart on your device. The shop stores the cart in local storage on your device until you leave or clear site data. An order is not sent until you use checkout.
• Shop order by email. Checkout prepares an order in your own email programme. When you send it, we receive the same kinds of details as an enquiry, plus the files and quantities you asked to buy. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, steps toward a contract. We keep the order with the invoice for as long as tax and commercial law require.
• Hosting. Opening the site transmits technical data to the host (for example IP address, date, requested page and user agent) so the page can be delivered and the service secured. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Host: [name and address of the hosting provider]. Retention: [ask the provider and write the period here].
• Fonts. Typefaces are served from this website. We do not load them from Google.
• Affiliate links. There are no outbound affiliate links yet. When there are, following a marked link takes you to another controller, who then processes data under their own notice. See the affiliate disclosure.

3. Cookies

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies of its own. The host or the platform that delivers the site may set a strictly necessary cookie required to run the service. We do not use that mechanism to advertise to you. If that changes, we will ask before any non-essential cookie is set.

4. Recipients and transfers

We share contact-form messages with FormSubmit so they can be emailed to us, and with the people at Prodvera who need them to reply. Shop orders that you send from your own email programme go through your email provider and ours. [State whether personal data leaves the region where you established the business, and which safeguard applies — for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. 5. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• correct it (Art. 16)
• erase it (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• receive data you provided, in a portable form (Art. 20)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. If we ever rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.

6. Provision of data

You do not have to write to us. If you want a reply, we need a way to reach you and enough detail to understand the request. There is no automated decision that produces a legal effect.

7. Changes

We will update this notice when the processing changes, and we will change the date at the top. For a material change that affects an existing client, we will also say so directly.
